He was one of the most brilliant comedians. I had no idea he was 71 years old (he was definitly the most articulate 71 year old I've ever seen). I have two of his stand-up shows on DVD that I haven't watched in a while but I think it's time I pop one in. I also just watched his "7 dirty words" routine for the first time on youtube and it appears he only got rauchier/funnier with age.
What a huge loss.
